SSDJKSD KJSD SSamira Kadiri Born in a family from Essaouira connected to the Qadiriya Cherkaouiya brotherhood, Samira Kadiri grew up in a Sufi artistic and spiritual environment. After studies at the Tetouan Conservatory, she developed a passion for lyric singing and became a student of Safia Tijani, Morocco’s first soprano. Encouraged by pianist and composer Mustapha Aicha Rahmani, she explores musicology and recorded her first works. Despite her attraction to lyric music, she remains deeply rooted in Arab-Andalusian and Mediterranean music, showing interest in Eastern church chants, the Cantigas de Santa María, and Sufi music, which she performs in the Aljamiada language. She also appeared in the film The Silence of Butterflies (2017). Director of the Tetouan House of Culture (2007-2022) and the International Lute Festival (2007-2023), she founded the Voix de Femmes Festival of Tetouan and currently directs the Alegria Festival of Chefchaouen. Her creation Al Cantara is a journey between Maghrebi, Arab-Iberian, and flamenco music. Eva Manzano: Flamenco Dance Originally from Granada, Eva Manzano began her professional training as a dancer under Mariquilla and Matilde Coral. She studied under maestros such as Angelita Vargas, Carmen Ledesma, Milagros Menjibar, Merche Esmeralda, Manolo Soler, and “El Mimbre”. In 2006, she received the “Arte y Creatividad” award from the City of Baza. She regularly performs in recognized tablaos in Seville, Granada, and Madrid. She travels around the world to give workshops and share her art. She is also artistic director of La Pecaora, a structure dedicated to the promotion of flamenco worldwide through the creation of atypical flamenco events. Nino de la Leo: Guitar Joaquin Linera Cortes, known artistically as Nino de La Leo, is a guitarist from Cadiz. He took his first guitar lessons at the age of 14 in Cadiz with teacher Manolo Guimerá, then in Jerez with Manuel Lozano “El Carbonero” and José Luís Balao, and finally with Pepe Ruso at the Peña Enrique el Mellizo.
